Structural Design
The stress cone is manufactured from imported EPDM rubber using precision injection molding technology. It is secured within the epoxy insulator using a spring cone structure, ensuring reliable mechanical positioning and long‑term electrical stability.
Special surface design of the stress cone prevents electrical degradation caused by aging relaxation or poor contact with the cable outer semi‑conductive layer. The dry insulated structure eliminates the risk of oil leakage and ensures stable performance throughout the service life.
Installation Conditions
Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation environments with operating temperatures between –50°C and +50°C and installation altitudes up to 4000 meters.
Standards and Testing
The product design and testing comply with international and national standards including IEC 60840, IEC 62067, and GB/T 18890.
