Product Structure
The stress cone is manufactured from imported EPDM rubber and secured by a spring device (stress cone bracket). The stress cone cap separates the insulation oil from the stress cone system, preventing ageing‑induced elastic relaxation and poor contact with the cable outer semi‑conductive layer.
The porcelain bushing is made from high‑strength inorganic material providing excellent resistance to weathering, electrical tracking, electrochemical erosion, and ultraviolet exposure. The staggered umbrella skirt structure improves pollution flashover resistance and ensures stable insulation performance.
Environmental Performance
