RCS-40G Electrical Insulating PUR Resin

Two-component polyurethane encapsulation resin designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable joints, providing reliable protection for low and medium voltage cable systems up to 36 kV.

(Specialized Polyurethane Encapsulation Resin for Low & Medium Voltage Cable Joints)

Product Overview

RCS-40G Electrical Insulating PUR Resin is a two-component polyurethane encapsulation compound designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable joints and electrical components. The resin cures at room temperature and forms a durable protective layer with excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and atmospheric corrosion.

Once fully cured, the polyurethane resin provides strong mechanical strength and reliable electrical insulation performance, making it suitable for protecting electrical cable connectors and joints in demanding environments.

This resin system is widely used for encapsulation and sealing of low and medium voltage cable accessories, ensuring long-term reliability for installations up to 36 kV.
